We have carried the business from generation to generation, bestowing a unique knowledge of the Brazilian and International Real Estate market onto our team, and continue to proudly contribute to the growth of a region we call home.

DANIEL VASCONCELOS

HONORARY CHAIRMAN

Daniel is an engineer and real estate developer with over 60 years of experience, developing projects all around Brazil, especially in the northeast region. He is the original owner of the land of the Group’s first project, Ibitu GostosoTM, which he bought 50 years ago and managed to preserve with a great vision in mind. He is also a key local partner with an extensive understanding of the region.

ADOLPHO SIMONETTI

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Adolpho has been heavily involved in structuring, financing and in the execution of investment projects in Brazil. His involvement covers all aspects of an investment project, from risk analysis to procurement and contract management. Adolpho has a strong network with key local stakeholders and is also the legal consultant for the projects financed by the World Bank in the State of Rio Grande do Norte.

RODRIGO VASCONCELOS

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Rodrigo started his career as Network Manager and Support Analyst providing service to the Court of Justice. After working as an Automation Engineer providing service to the Petrobrás Refinery in Guamaré-RN, he became the Director of Nacional Construtora LTDA, where he executed several projects for housing, stores in shopping malls and renovations of properties and commercial rooms. Rodrigo is also a Surveyor, expert and real estate valuer, providing services to financial institutions such as Caixa Econômica Federal and Banco do Brasil since 2016.

DAVID VASCONCELLOS SIMONETTI

CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF CONSTRUCTION OFFICER

David is an Engineer with extensive Real Estate and commercial expertise who adds value through his legal, engineering, and management competencies for development and construction projects. After graduating in Civil engineering with a master’s degree in BIM Management from Zigurat Global Institute of technology he developed solid experience as a planning coordinator for the construction of energy substations, residential and commercial buildings and houses.

STEPHANE BOIVIN

CO-FOUNDER OF IBITU GROUP & PROJECT MANAGER

Stephane has worked on several types of projects in numerous countries around the world, including Brazil, Columbia, Mexico and Canada. From luxury hotels and commercial and residential skyscrapers to industrial and telecom infrastructures, he has 30 years of experience in developing initiatives with investors, plant managers and architects. As a result, his wide-ranging expertise enables him to have a clear end-to-end understanding of the project under his management.

Abbas junejo

Real estate & finance

Abbas has over 10 years of professional real estate and finance experience with roles in capital markets, private equity, and development consulting in the US, UK, and MENA. He has advised on real estate projects across the risk spectrum from core assets to opportunistic investments totaling over USD 7 billion.

SIMON TOWNSEND

STRATEGIC FINANCIAL PARTNER

Simon is a Chartered Surveyor with 31+ years in international real estate and finance, leading real estate acquisitions for Governments to the Private investors of over US$1.25bn, and advising on assignments worth more than US$20bn. His extensive real estate investment, financial structuring and strategic advisory experience will be utilized to ensure the continued success of the projects.
